Livo is built to respect your privacy. In plain language:
By default, your profile, calendar, habits, goals, moods, memories and photos are saved only on your device. If you don't create an account, this information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, and we back up your app data (calendar, plans, habits, goals, memories) to our server so it can sync across your devices. This data is stored to provide the sync feature only — it is not sold or shared, and you can delete it by emailing us.
If you tap "Use my location," your device sends your coordinates to our server only to find nearby restaurants, trails and events and to open directions. Your location is not stored and is not used to track you.
To show real restaurants, places and events, and to power the assistant, Livo's server sends your search terms (for example a place type or city) to Google Places, Ticketmaster, Foursquare and Anthropic. These are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email or account details.
If you use the voice assistant, audio is used only to convert your speech to text so the assistant can respond. On supported devices this uses your device's or browser's built-in speech recognition. We do not store your recordings.
Livo shows no advertising and never sells your information.
You can export or permanently delete all of your on-device data at any time from Settings → Your data. To remove a synced account backup, email us.
Livo is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.
